14-day returns

You have 14 days from receiving your item to change your mind and return it for a full refund. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

Faulty or damaged goods

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
