These terms and conditions govern your use of the Scott Country International website and your purchase of products from us. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We confirm acceptance when we despatch your order. Prices are shown in GBP including VAT where applicable.

2. Pricing and payment

We take care to ensure prices are accurate. If a product is priced incorrectly we will contact you before despatch. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

3. Delivery

UK Next Day Delivery applies to stock items ordered before 3:30pm Mon–Fri. European and worldwide deliveries usually arrive in 3–5 days.

4. Returns

You have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, in line with UK distance-selling regulations. See our Refund Policy.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
